Responsibilities

Support the Talent Mobility Team (HR) with the consideration, creation, and execution of new programs and processes designed to provide Brother employees with avenues to gain exposure to different parts of our business

Assist with program planning, including gathering input and assets from stakeholders, understanding strategic direction from leadership, and organizing materials into a structured program plan and training curriculum

Required

Must be a present college sophomore or junior (rising junior or rising senior during the Summer 2026 program period) returning to an undergraduate program following the summer to be eligible

Interest in gaining corporate exposure to rotational talent programs

Experience or exposure through coursework or past internships in establishing learning objectives, curriculum setting, and/or creating a program from inception through execution
