This role involves managing multiple water resources projects, leading watershed studies, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple water resources projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Lead watershed studies, stormwater master plans, drainage design, and 1D/2D H&H modeling
Develop proposals, scopes, fees, schedules, and manage overall project delivery
Coordinate with clients, agencies, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams
Manage FEMA LOMR/LOMA efforts and capital improvement projects
Oversee stormwater management, erosion & sediment control, NPDES permitting, and green infrastructure / LID BMPs
Prepare and review reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates
Provide technical oversight, mentoring, and QA/QC
Monitor project scope, schedules, and financial performance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
10+ years of water resources experience
Strong background in hydrologic & hydraulic modeling
Stormwater management, green infrastructure, and erosion & sediment control experience
Contract document preparation experience
Experience with AutoCAD, GIS, and H&H software
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Client-focused, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Preferred

Southeast regional project experience
Software experience including HEC-RAS, ICPR4, XPSWMM, Autodesk SSA
Water quality or TMDL study experience
