Mastech Digital is seeking a hands-on STIBO MDM Architect / Developer with strong experience on the STIBO Systems STEP platform. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and integrating enterprise Master Data Management solutions across multiple data domains.

Responsibilities

Design and implement STIBO STEP-based MDM solutions across Product, Customer, Supplier, and Reference data domains

Define MDM architecture, data models, hierarchies, taxonomies, and classification structures

Configure STEP Workbench, Web UI, and Server components

Develop and customize business rules, validation logic, workflows, and approval processes

Build Java extensions/plugins and custom STEP components as needed

Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations using STEP APIs (REST/SOAP)

Integrate STIBO with ERP (SAP/Oracle), CRM, eCommerce platforms, and downstream systems

Support ETL/data ingestion using tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or custom batch processes

Ensure data synchronization, performance optimization, and error handling

Implement data governance frameworks, stewardship models, and ownership rules

Configure data quality checks, deduplication logic, survivorship rules, and golden record creation

Support metadata management, lineage, and auditability within the MDM ecosystem

Support STIBO upgrades, migrations, and environment setups (On-prem or Cloud – AWS/Azure)

Work with DBs (Oracle, SQL Server) and Linux/Unix environments

Provide UAT, SIT, and production support, including defect resolution and performance tuning

Create technical documentation, runbooks, and design artifacts
