Responsibilities

Design and manage Workday security architecture to meet audit and regulatory standards (SOX, SOC, GDPR, CCPA); Partner with InfoSec, Audit, and HC Operations to maintain governance and ensure data integrity
Own the technical delivery of Workday, ensuring performance, uptime, and proactive optimization. Evaluate new releases and features to drive continuous improvement
Lead system implementations and upgrades across Workday and other HR platforms; Manage change control, regression testing, and release cycles
Oversee integrations with platforms like Greenhouse, background check systems, and Snowflake; Ensure seamless data flow and accuracy across systems
Provide Tier 2 support for Workday modules, resolve data issues, and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Stay ahead of HR tech trends and recommend forward-thinking solutions; Help shape best practices and influence enterprise-wide HR technology strategy

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, HR, or a related field
15+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, with deep expertise in Workday HCM and related systems
Strong domain knowledge of HR processes-from recruiting and onboarding to performance and payroll
Hands-on experience with Workday modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Reporting) and integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio)
Proven ability to navigate both business and technical landscapes, manage audits, and lead cross-functional initiatives

Preferred

Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow and Snowflake is a plus
