Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities
Achieve sales, EBIT, and market penetration goals
Grow and manage distributor and rep partner relationships
Develop new accounts, channels, and sales opportunities
Support proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams
Manage territory expenses and complete MBO objectives
Qualification
Required
Experience in regional or territory sales management
Strong distributor/channel management skills
Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage budgets
Preferred
Background in industrial or safety-related products preferred
