Solutions Engineer
CyberForce Global is a fast-growing, early-stage cybersecurity company delivering next-generation Managed Detection & Response (MDR) and SOC services. They are looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer to support go-to-market efforts across the East Coast, acting as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers while collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Serve as a senior technical partner to the sales team throughout the full sales cycle
Lead product demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-value engagements
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning security operations needs with platform capabilities
Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to support GTM strategies for SecOps solutions
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to other Solutions Engineers as the team scales
Continuously improve technical messaging, demo environments, and sales enablement materials
Qualification
Required
Proven experience (3-5 yrs min) in a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer role within an early-stage or high-growth cybersecurity startup
Strong expertise in SecOps, including SOC, SIEM, MDR, or detection & response platforms
Hands-on experience supporting GTM motions and driving technical win rates
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
