Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and optimize budgeting and forecasting models across departments

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes

Create and maintain dashboards, variance reports, and financial summaries for leadership

Analyze revenue, cost trends, and operational trend to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency

Partner with department leads to monitor spend, improve visibility, and drive accountability

Provide ROI analysis for new initiatives, hiring plans, vendor proposals, and business lines

Lead financial projects and deep dives that support strategic decision-making

Continuously improve reporting tools, financial processes, and data hygiene to support scale
