TPWD - Customer Service Representative I (Fluctuating Hours)
Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is dedicated to managing and conserving the natural and cultural resources of Texas while providing outdoor recreation opportunities. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative I to perform entry-level customer service work, assist with daily operations, and provide information to the public at Daingerfield State Park.
Government Administration
Responsibilities
Performing general clerical duties and providing customer service and information to the public for Daingerfield State Park
Assisting with the daily operations of revenue collection and accounting, automated registration, and reservation of visitors and answering telephones
Preparing correspondence and reports
Performing general cleaning of park headquarters and park store
Working under close to moderate supervision, with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment
Performing additional duties as assigned
Complying with all Agency, Division and Branch rules, regulations and procedures
Qualification
Required
Graduation from High School or GED
Must possess a valid State driver's license
Preferred
One year of experience in areas such as general clerical, cash handling, or customer service
