Test and ensure quality of ServiceNow modules (IRM/GRC, ITSM, HRSD, CSM) through manual and automated testing
Create and run test cases and automated scripts (ATF, Selenium)
Validate workflows, controls, integrations, and platform changes
Collaborate with developers and QA teams; report defects
Qualification
Required
5–8 yrs QA
3+ yrs ServiceNow ATF (IRM/GRC)
Strong automation, UI, API, and Agile experience
Preferred
ServiceNow certifications
scripting
CI/CD experience
