This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, building client relationships, and coordinating across borders to ensure quality and budget compliance.

Responsibilities

Own the Full Project Lifecycle: From definition and engineering to installation and closure, you’ll manage packaging systems valued at $500K–$3M

Be the Client’s Go-To Expert: Lead communications, align expectations, and build lasting relationships

Coordinate Across Borders: Work with suppliers and teams in North America and Europe, navigating cultural nuances with diplomacy

Solve Real-World Challenges: Tackle mechanical, electrical, controls, and safety issues with the support of subject matter experts

Lead with Confidence: Run kick-off meetings, engineering reviews, Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs)

Drive Results: Ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met while managing procurement, resources, and risks

Required
