Responsibilities
Initiate and oversee internal consumer and market research projects, including coordinating the logistical and technical aspects of research studies
Design and execute various consumer research studies, including focus group discussions (FGD), in-depth interviews (IDI), home usage tests (HUT), etc
Synthesize research data into insightful reports and compelling proposals that directly inform product and marketing decisions
Cultivate and maintain an active network with research partners
Attend customer research seminars, report main contents, and propose new customer research models
Continuously explore and integrate new research methodologies to stay at the forefront of consumer insights
Monitor and analyze consumer/market trends, including competitive brands' launches and consumer feedback, and generate related regular reports
Manage internal consumer research panels and utilize them to conduct consumer research
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in science, business, marketing, or psychology
2-5 years of relevant experience in consumer/market research; experience in beauty, health, or food industry preferred
English language proficiency mandatory

Experience in beauty, health, or food industry preferred
Additional Korean or Spanish language proficiency preferred
