Responsibilities

Our account manager will plan, organize and carry out strategic sales and lead generation within their assigned territory
They will also develop and maintain new client business relationships to increase the adoption of provider network and on-site clinics for self-insured employers; and occupational health services and wellness services for fully insured and self-insured employers
Our business intelligence specialist will support the design and development of custom business intelligence (BI) dashboards, metrics and reports
They will also translate business requirements into detailed technical design and programming specifications, conduct data analysis, identify data sources and create and modify data architecture as necessary
Our senior project manager will plan, manage and coordinate multiple special projects in support of activities to ensure goals and objectives of mid-sized projects or multiple phases of large projects are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and funding parameters
In addition, they will partner with our leadership team to design project plans requiring assessment, research and analysis
Also, they will manage the implementation of project plans and evaluate outcomes

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Knowledge of marketing and sales concepts
Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of progressively related sales experience including experience with products, services, operations, customer service, marketing and sales techniques
May have some functional supervision duties and tasks (e.g. project management)
Solid Microsoft based experience with presentation applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of up to one year (0-1) of relevant experience
Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
10-12 years of relevant experience and 7 or more years of leadership/ management experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related technical field required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree is required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
Three to five (3-5) years of relevant experience

Preferred

Payer, occupational health or wellness services experience
Combined sales & account management experience
Experience with health plans
