Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end AI & LLM system design from architecture to production
Build agent pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, and adjacent tooling
Deploy and optimize open models using vLLM, TGI, and Python inference stacks
Fine-tune, evaluate, and integrate open-source LLMs (e.g. Llama, Mistral, Qwen)
Design robust prompt, planning, and tool-execution strategies
Build and operate large-scale embeddings + retrieval pipelines
Apply unsupervised ML (clustering, similarity, anomaly detection) on tabular data
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI & autonomous systems
Proven track record deploying LLMs in production
Experience with vLLM, TGI, or similar model-serving stacks
Strong experience with open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Qwen, etc.)
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent frameworks
Hands-on OCR experience (scanned PDFs, complex layouts)
Solid understanding of chunking, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval
