Responsibilities
Oversee the administrative operations of the team
Provide clinical oversight of services ensuring patients are seen in accordance with their needs and the delivery of best and ethical practices
Provide direct services to ACT service beneficiaries
Ensure services are documented in accordance with OMH/QA requirements
Provide direct supervision to ACT team members to include but not limited to facilitating clinical supervision meetings, treatment team meetings, coordinating training for team and completing evaluations
Ensure a department commitment to cultural affairs and ensures all direct reports have a cultural affairs component to his or her planning document as a measurable objective
Comply with Corporate Compliance Policy and Risk Management Plan and ensure timely completion of prior authorizations
Pursue professional development through collegial consultation, continuing education and licensure
Qualification
Required
A Masters' degree in guidance, counseling or the social sciences or a related field
Must be licensed as licensed psychologist, LISW-CP, LPC or LMFT
Three years' experience working with adults diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness
A minimum of two years post graduate experience
Preferred
Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish (or another language) are a plus
