Guide qualified pre-retirees and retirees through the firm's retirement solutions process
Convert prospects into loyal clients while maintaining professionalism, ethics, and care
Master the Vision-Verify-Delivery system and communicate complex strategies simply
Achieve consistent production results by closing 25%-35% of qualified appointments
Build and manage a pipeline producing four to six new clients per month
Demonstrate mastery of the sales process, including discovery and strategy design
Participate in three structured training sessions per week
Ensure every new client experiences an organized, proactive, and relationship-driven experience
Maintain perfect documentation within Wealthbox CRM and comply with ethical standards
Qualification
Required
Master the Vision-Verify-Delivery system
Communicate complex strategies in simple terms
Close between 25%-35% of qualified appointments within the first six months
Achieve an average case size of approximately $500,000
Maintain a 70% appointment show rate
Build and manage a pipeline that produces four to six new clients per month
Bring in roughly 25 to 30 new clients totaling over $14 million in new assets by the end of the six-month ramp
Demonstrate mastery of the sales process including authentic discovery and closing with clarity and confidence
Participate in three structured training sessions per week
Maintain a minimum 90% satisfaction score in client feedback
Maintain perfect documentation within Wealthbox CRM
Observe compliance protocols and ethical standards at all times
