Responsibilities
Prospecting for clients as you build your practice through introduction-based activities
Maintaining long-term, positive relationships with your clientele
Providing education and solutions to clients
Capitalize on the education and knowledge opportunities offered by our team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
2-5 years of experience being a financial advisor/ financial planner or IARs (Investment Advisory Representative) in the life and/or health field
Must have current FINRA Series 65 or 66 and 7 Securities Registration
Life and health license
In-depth understanding of employer, industry and federal regulations
Knowledge of mutual funds, securities, and insurance industries
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience providing quality financial advice
Analytical thinking skills and the ability to assess clients' needs
Excellent communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening
Effective sales, presentation and customer service skills
Preferred
College degree or military equivalent is preferred
Sales or entrepreneurial experience preferred but not required
