Responsibilities
Lead the development of marketing analytics capabilities, including dashboards, reporting standards, and self-service tools that help teams understand campaign, pipeline, and revenue performance
Translate complex data into clear insights that inform planning, prioritization, and investment decisions across regions and channels
Design and maintain infrastructure that supports rapid experimentation, from test setup to analysis and automated reporting
Enable consistent measurement of tests across creative, channels, audiences, and geographies to accelerate learning and iteration
Build and operationalize measurement approaches to assess marketing effectiveness, including attribution models, incrementality testing, CAC/LTV analysis, media efficiency, and ROI evaluation
Partner with stakeholders to align on measurement methodologies and ensure insights are trusted and actionable
Architect and maintain a reliable, scalable analytics foundation that connects marketing, sales, and revenue data
Ensure data quality and seamless integration across key systems to support analytics, segmentation, and personalization
Develop reusable workflows, templates, and automation that allow marketing teams to execute campaigns efficiently at scale
Support lifecycle management, audience creation, and multi-channel execution through well-designed systems
Explore and apply AI-driven approaches to improve enrichment, personalization, workflow automation, and content scalability across the marketing stack
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, RevOps, or a related function
Strong foundation in experimentation design, funnel analysis, and performance measurement
Experience with multi-channel marketing measurement, including attribution, CAC/LTV modeling, and incrementality or media mix analysis
Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Mode, Tableau, or similar
Experience building analytics pipelines and reporting to support growth experiments (e.g., creative, landing pages, CRM, geo or channel tests)
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through clear, data-driven insights
Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, ABM, and enrichment platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Clay, or comparable tools)
Ability to independently design, build, and ship technical solutions from concept through production
Working proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with non-technical teams
