Responsibilities
Provide the connection between our clients’ strategic business leaders and Genpact’s technical team by clearly communicating business functional issues
Conduct business processes and requirements analysis
Advise clients on key architectural decisions concerning the Kinaxis Maestro platform and supporting technologies
Evaluate risks related to requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management
Produce technical architectures, develop system requirements, identify resources, and estimate timelines for project completion
Develop client-ready materials related to requirement specification, process analysis, system-based and manual controls, functional design, and test plans
Assist in the scoping of prospective engagements, developing proposals, planning, logistics, and the execution of project management processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant degree; or equivalent work experience
Experience developing, supporting, or implementing Kinaxis Maestro required
Experience with functional knowledge in supply chain, demand or supply planning, S&OP, after sales service operations, or transportation management
Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes and data, and business operations
Experience integrating to ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle
Experience in systems integration and ETL tools, data mapping, and systems integration a plus
Exceptional drive, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute to a team environment
An ability to prioritize and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus
Good work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire to learn
