HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Dermatology Specialists is New York City's Largest Dermatology Practice, offering a full-service dermatology practice with over 50 locations. They are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across the organization.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and/or non-clinical roles (posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination)
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Conduct phone and video screenings to assess candidate fit
Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates
Track candidates and hiring metrics using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
Assist with onboarding and pre-employment processes
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of recruitment or HR experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Experience recruiting in healthcare, corporate, or high-growth environments
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Psychology, Communications, Business, or related field)
SHRM or PHR certification (or interest in pursuing)
