Responsibilities
Act as the subject matter expert on business optimization and cost reduction projects
Analyze client infrastructure, vendor contracts, and pricing structures to identify cost-saving opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop solutions tailored to client needs
Lead complex negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms on behalf of clients
Deliver actionable insights and present findings to client stakeholders
Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies within your domain
Create and refine deliverables such as data analyses, reports, and client presentations
Serve as an internal resource for functional expertise and thought leadership
Work independently on projects or as a contributor on larger engagements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in consulting, vendor management, or business analysis
Deep functional expertise in one or more spend categories (e.g., IT, telecom, facilities)
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; ability to synthesize large data sets
Proven experience developing solutions in complex client environments
Exceptional communication and client-facing presentation skills
Project management experience and familiarity with tools to manage deliverables such as SmartSheet and Project Management CRM strategies
