Responsibilities

Prepare and process easements, plats, boundary, topographic, and ALTA Land Title surveys

Convert and compile field data into detailed survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D

Plot deeds, establish base sketches, and conduct basic research with minimal oversight

Deliver and share data between field and office teams to maintain accuracy and alignment

Identify and communicate technical issues or data discrepancies to project leads

Support field crews as needed with calculations, sketches, or field setup coordination

Contribute to project quality and efficiency by maintaining organized, precise documentation

Required

High school diploma or GED required

Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey data management tools

Strong math, organizational, and communication skills

Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and follow-through

Self-starter who can manage priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States

Preferred

1+ years of CAD or field surveying experience preferred

Coursework or degree in surveying, engineering, or related field a plus
