SEC Reporting Manager
LHH is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented SEC Reporting Leader to manage the preparation and filing of all external financial reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This role is ideal for a CPA with a Big 4 background who brings deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and public company reporting standards.

Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and timely filing of 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other SEC reports
Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, U.S. GAAP, and SOX requirements
Coordinate with legal, investor relations, and external auditors to ensure accuracy and consistency in disclosures
Monitor and interpret new accounting and reporting standards and assess their impact
Develop and maintain internal controls over financial reporting
Support earnings release processes and related financial disclosures
Manage XBRL tagging and filing processes
Mentor and lead a team of reporting professionals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred)
CPA required
7+ years of experience in financial reporting, including at least 2 years in a Big 4 public accounting firm
Strong understanding of SEC reporting requirements and U.S. GAAP
Experience with Workiva, Oracle, SAP, or similar reporting tools
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
