Responsibilities
Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise applications and system enhancements supporting a Fortune 500 insurance organization
Partner closely with client business stakeholders to validate real-world workflows and acceptance criteria
Translate business requirements into clear UAT test cases, scenarios, and test scripts
Coordinate UAT activities including planning, execution, defect tracking, and business sign-off
Facilitate UAT sessions, walkthroughs, and feedback discussions with client users
Clearly document, communicate, and prioritize defects; collaborate with development and QA teams through resolution
Provide concise UAT status updates, risks, and recommendations to internal leadership and client stakeholders
Support regression testing and post-fix validation as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in UAT, business systems testing, or enterprise application testing
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Ability to translate technical functionality into business-friendly language
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort engaging client-facing stakeholders
Proven experience working cross-functionally with business and technology teams
Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM)
Preferred
Exposure to insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Understanding of system integrations, data validation, or reporting concepts
