Work with colleagues to deliver efficient and effective solutions
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in technical support or IT services
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
Valid driver's license required
Preferred
Experience working in an IT Managed Service Provider
Bachelor's degree in a related field
