Close high-value sales effectively, maintaining a 40% net closing rate
Leveraging company software and sales process to increase interest during visit
Accurately report results immediately after each appointment
Qualification
Required
Residential home improvement sales experience, closing two million or more annually
Experience building rapport through open-ended questions
One-Call Closer with an allergy to 'maybe'
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
A top closer ready to sell
High energy, discipline, and a win-first mentality
Willing to work evenings and weekends—where the money is
Preferred
Sales experience (home improvement preferred but not required)
