Civil Project Engineer - Land Development

The role involves managing multiple engineering projects, collaborating with project managers, and providing technical advice while ensuring client needs are met.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the management planning, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel, both design and construction
Work closely with Project Managers in understanding client needs and expectations
Review and/or prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studies
Read and interpret engineering plans, specifications and reports
Provides technical advice regarding design, construction or modification and repairs to clients, contractors and other staff members
May assist with business development activities (client needs, research, proposals, etc.)
Coordinate construction administration and monitor documentation requirements with field staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of North Carolina OR ability to obtain within two months
4+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with land development
Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration
AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
Possess a valid drivers license as travel to various facilities and job sites may be required
