Responsibilities
Supporting MES deployments, sustainment, and optimization projects as an integrated team member
Ensuring ongoing compliance and validated state of the MES and integrity of the eDHR
Developing, revising, and maintaining MES requirements, procedures, control plans, PFMEAs, and training materials
Identifying quality gaps and implementing best-practice quality engineering solutions related to MES
Applying structured problem-solving methods to investigate and resolve MES-related quality issues
Developing MES validation test cases and supporting Software Verification & Validation activities
Serving as an MES subject matter expert (SME), including system integration with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Supporting and delivering MES training strategies and execution across teams
Collaborating cross-functionally across shifts as required during MES deployment phases
Performing additional job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical device or highly regulated industry
Knowledge of applicable medical device regulations and standards
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Experience implementing or maintaining an MES and/or eDHR
Experience with Change Management, Computer System Validation, and HP ALM
