Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot Luminator’s hardware and software
Handle customer inquiries and provide technical support
Stay current with company products, installation methods, and safety guidelines
Perform on-site pre-start-up, start-up, service work, warranty, and training
Diagnose and resolve technical issues
Accurately document all work performed, including preventive and corrective maintenance
Communicate effectively with plant operators, management, vendors, and team members
Review product prints and specifications
Participate in projects such as upgrades and new installations
Ensure products are installed to specifications
Coordinate with other teams to meet commitments
Document processes and follow company protocols
Operate vehicles safely and use field systems appropriately
Collaborate with the technical team and share information
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of technical experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
AS degree and A+ certification preferred
Familiarity with tools like MathWorks, AutoCAD, Microsoft Visual Basic, and SCADA software is a plus
Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
