Responsibilities

Lead the validation and mapping of data structures from Adobe Campaign Classic to Zeta, ensuring audience parity and resolving discrepancies
Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot data issues and maintain activation correctness and identity governance post-migration
Oversee customer identity resolution, ensuring opt-in, opt-out, and preference data accuracy across channels
Prepare and validate customer attributes and event data for personalization, triggered journeys, and lifecycle messaging
Reconcile performance data and support executive-ready explanations of performance changes

Email/marketing platform migrationAudience validationSQL proficiencyAPI integrationCustomer identity resolution

Required

Proven experience in leading migrations between email/marketing platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Zeta
Strong understanding of audience validation, suppression logic, and schema mapping
Experience with customer identity resolution and preference data management
Proficiency in SQL and API integration work
Ability to troubleshoot and validate event data for personalization and lifecycle messaging
