Lifecycle & Retention Marketing Manager
ALPAKA creates high-performance carry gear designed for modern life, and they are seeking a Lifecycle & Retention Marketing Manager to help deepen long-term customer relationships through owned channels. This role focuses on optimizing an existing lifecycle foundation, with email as the primary driver and strong upside in SMS and app.

Responsibilities
Own lifecycle strategy across email, SMS, app, and loyalty
Build and optimize automated flows (onboarding, post-purchase, cross-sell, loyalty, win-back)
Lead testing across messaging, cadence, segmentation, and incentives
Grow % of revenue from owned channels sustainably
Partner with e-commerce, brand, paid media, and CX teams
Own lifecycle reporting and performance insights
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing (DTC ecommerce)
Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms (required)
Experience with Attentive or similar SMS platforms
Proven ability to optimize existing lifecycle programs
Strong writing, organization, and analytical skills
Comfortable owning channels end-to-end
