They are seeking a Construction Project Management Intern to gain hands-on field experience, assist Project Managers, and learn about managing renovation projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with coordinating subcontractors, timelines, and walkthroughs
Learn to conduct site visits, project inspections, and progress tracking
Support the preparation of project estimates, bid reports, and scope reviews
Gain exposure to real-world renovation workflows, sequencing, and quality standards
Observe and support communication between PMs, clients, and internal teams
Experience how fast-paced, high-volume residential renovation projects operate
Qualification
Required
College seniors pursuing Construction Management or a related degree OR students graduating from a construction-focused trade school
Strong interest in construction project management or residential renovation
Basic understanding of construction practices
Willingness to work in the field daily—this is not a desk internship
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be at least 21 years old (due to insurance requirements for the company vehicle)
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
