Responsibilities
Acting as key client contact for all aspects of platform
Establishing strong relationships with clients at dealers and buyside firms
Work/broker client orders to ensure best execution
Working closely with our sales team to assist with trader coverage on the platform
Responding in a timely manner to client inquiries and resolving trading issues
Triage and escalation of technical issues to appropriate teams
Monitoring trades, establishing proper dispensation of orders
Ensuring accurate security master data delivered by our sec master provider as well as adding/editing accurate sec master data when needed – data entry involved
Qualification
Required
Ability to multitask in a fast moving, high pressure environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Understanding of all Fixed Income asset classes
Working knowledge of fixed income markets (3 – 5 years' experience)
Excellent work ethic with high level of initiative
Strong verbal/written communication skills
Extremely comfortable with technology – proficient with full MS Office suite
Preferred
Series 7 and 63 strongly preferred
