Responsibilities

Operate various testing and analysis devices such as hydraulic testing benches for diesel and gasoline injectors, microscopes, electron microscopes, measurement devices

Diagnose problems, write and make program modifications on said devices

Perform test equipment modifications and installations to support department product testing

Support customer 0-mileage, field, sample return and special investigations to determine root cause of failures

Conduct teardown analysis and perform detailed visual inspections on CR products and components

Document findings, summarize data, create investigation and test reports

Present findings to project teams and external customers

Deliver reports and documents in a timely fashion to resolve investigated issues
