Responsibilities

Hands-on configuration and support of Manhattan WMOS WMS systems
Participate in end-to-end implementation and production support
Analyze complex system issues and provide estimates and recommendations
Gather business requirements and design efficient solutions
Re-engineer repetitive failed processes to reduce operational risk
Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution clarity
Maintain interface specifications and configuration documentation
Document requirements and solutions as per SDLC standards
Follow change control processes in daily activities
Provide shift-based and on-call support for time-sensitive issues
Stay updated on warehouse execution technologies and trends

Required

Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan WMOS WMS
Proficiency in Oracle SQL (complex queries)

Ability to create presentations and operational scorecards

Preferred

UNIX / Linux server knowledge
Oracle relational database experience
Exposure to enterprise hardware platforms
Oracle BI / Oracle Cloud Technical experience
