Responsibilities

Assist in assessing current business processes and identifying gaps between today’s capabilities and future needs

Build or update dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Jira) to track business priorities, IT capabilities, and resource allocation

Support process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and opportunities across business and IT teams

Required

Must be a present college sophomore or junior (rising junior or rising senior during the Summer 2026 program period) returning to an undergraduate program following the summer to be eligible

Target Major(s) or Fields of Study: Information Systems

Ability to analyze datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex issues and propose practical solutions

Interest in learning how business operations connect to IT systems with the ability to map workflows and identify gaps or inefficiencies

Verbal and written communication skills, with comfortability collaborating with cross-functional teams

Ability to support planning, track deliverables, and follow up with stakeholders

Willingness to learn enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc), data flows, and integration concepts

Preferred

Experience with process mapping or workflow documentation (e.g., Visio)

Experience with data analytics and reporting, using tools such as Excel and Power BI to generate insights that support priority-setting and strategic decision-making

Experience creating Jira dashboards and documenting workflows in Confluence

Basic understanding of Agile or project management practices
