Field Service Technician - Pharmaceutical Process Equipment

As a Field Service Technician, you will support the US customer base by installing, commissioning, and servicing innovative systems for pharmaceutical production, while spending significant time traveling across the country.

Responsibilities

Support the installation and commissioning of advanced pharmaceutical equipment at customer sites

Train and instruct customers on the safe and effective use of installed systems

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services across an international customer base

Take ownership of customer issues, coordinating solutions with internal engineering and support teams

Advise customers on available upgrades, options, and support contracts to maximize system performance and customer satisfaction

Provide input to product management teams on customer feedback and service insights to enhance future equipment design and support capabilities

Promote a positive company image in every interaction, whether in person, by phone, or in writing

Accurately document and track all customer service activities and issues

Support the sales team with technical expertise and service-related consultation

Required

Hands-on experience with electrical and/or mechanical systems

Technically skilled and confident working on large, complex equipment

Strong customer orientation and professional communication skills

Enjoy frequent travel across the US (up to 80%)

Valid driver's license

Preferred

Prior experience in field service or technical support, with pharmaceutical or industrial systems

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electronics, or a comparable field, or equivalent relevant work experience
