Responsibilities
Serve as the senior architectural authority across Dynamics 365 CE initiatives
Define, maintain, and communicate the target-state architecture for CE and related Microsoft technologies
Drive architectural governance, ensuring alignment across sales, service, field service, marketing, and Dataverse workloads
Develop and enforce architecture standards, design frameworks, and best practices
Provide architectural oversight across multiple customer programs and multi-team engagements
Evaluate workstream designs to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with enterprise roadmaps
Identify cross-workstream interdependencies, risks, and gaps, guiding teams toward unified solution outcomes
Support program shaping, long-term planning, and delivery strategy alongside leadership teams
Mentor solution architects, technical leads, and consultants across the organization
Lead architecture reviews, participate in executive-level discussions, and serve as a key escalation point for design decisions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate objectives into structured, actionable architectural plans
Oversee end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 CE, including integrations with Power Platform, F&O, Azure services, and third-party applications
Define integration patterns, environment topology, security frameworks, and ALM practices
Review solution designs for technical accuracy, scalability, performance, and security alignment
Ensure all solution components meet industry standards, Microsoft guidelines, and delivery best practices
Promote continuous improvement in architectural frameworks, methodologies, and delivery processes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, including architecture-level leadership across multiple modules
Extensive experience delivering complex, multi-workstream Dynamics programs
Deep understanding of the broader Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure, F&O, integrations, and ISVs)
Background guiding large, matrixed teams (20–40+ resources) through enterprise-scale delivery
Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, data architecture, governance, and multi-environment ALM
Exceptional communicator able to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strategic thinker with the ability to bring clarity and structure to complex environments
Confident decision-maker with strong analytical and cross-functional leadership skills
Collaborative mindset with the ability to unify diverse teams toward a common architectural vision
