Daily bank + credit card reconciliations
AP/AR + general ledger tasks
Ensure clean data flow between QuickBooks Online & internal systems
Validate multi-portal billing (MSP, VoIP, Cabling)
Handle vendor questions, credit memos, adjustments
Run daily financial integrity checks

Qualification

Required

2+ years using QuickBooks Online
