Lead a pilot program to replace ServiceNow with Jira
Architect Jira workflows, automations, dashboards, and integrations
Translate existing ServiceNow processes into Jira (JSM + Clarity)
Support JSM implementation for the OT organization
Run workshops, gather requirements, and document workflows
Train users and guide adoption
Deliver recommendations for full rollout and long-term Jira strategy
Help the client evaluate cost savings and operational benefits of moving off ServiceNow
Qualification
Required
5+ years as a Jira Admin, Jira Architect, or Atlassian Consultant
Strong experience with Jira Service Management (JSM)
Background migrating or redesigning workflows from ServiceNow
Ability to architect pilot environments and lead cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills
