Responsibilities

Perform data analysis and reporting tasks, including extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions

Contribute to reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance metrics

Support the translation of business requirements into technical requirements, with guidance from senior analysts

Assist in maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal team members and external customers

Required

Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering

Rising juniors and seniors ideally graduating within 1-2 semesters

Practical knowledge in IT applications and platforms

Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies

Ability to analyze and interpret data to support business decisions

Experience with data extraction and analysis using SQL, and data visualization techniques

Practical knowledge in creating and maintaining clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation

Ability to review and provide feedback on documentation created by others

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
