LCRA is seeking a motivated Organizational Change Management Intern to join their Strategy team. This internship provides hands-on experience in change management practices, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies, contributing to organizational transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of change management plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies

Assist in creating presentations and other communication materials

Help track and analyze feedback from impacted stakeholders

Participate in meetings and workshops to capture notes and action items

Conduct research on change management best practices and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Required

Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program in sophomore year or has completed sophomore year and will be starting junior year

Preferred

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field

Eagerness to learn about change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, 5 Tenets of Change, Prosci's 3-Phase Approach)

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team settings and across departments

Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels of the organization

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content for various audiences

Open to feedback and continuous improvement

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

Familiarity with collaboration tools like SharePoint, Teams, or Asana is a plus
