Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Unifier
Configure and customize Unifier modules, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards
Work with project stakeholders to define and implement business processes within Unifier
Collaborate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users
Develop test plans and perform system testing to ensure quality and efficiency
Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for optimization
Document system configurations, process workflows, and training materials
Stay updated on Oracle Unifier updates and best practices
Ensure data integrity and security within Unifier
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Unifier
Strong understanding of Oracle Primavera Unifier, including configuration and administration
Experience with business process design and optimization
Proficiency in SQL queries and data analysis
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
Preferred
Unifier Implementation Specialist certification
Experience in construction, engineering, or capital project management environments
Familiarity with integrating Unifier with other enterprise systems
