E-Commerce Sales Manager
Chief of Staff KC is partnering with a client in the Kansas City metropolitan area to hire an E-Commerce Sales Manager. This operationally focused role is responsible for driving sales, optimizing listings, managing inventory, advertising campaigns, and reporting KPIs to achieve annual growth in Amazon sales.

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of our Amazon Seller Central account, including health, performance, compliance, and growth strategies (e.g., FBA/FBM planning, international expansion)
Stay current with Amazon platform updates, changes in e-commerce trends, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales velocity, ACOS, ROAS, IPI, customer feedback, and overall channel profitability; provide regular reports and insights to leadership
Forecast demand, monitor inventory levels, manage shipments to Amazon FBA, and collaborate with operations/supply chain teams to prevent stock-outs and minimize long-term storage fees
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central/channel management experience
Analytical skills: ability to interpret sales, inventory, and advertising data to make data-driven decisions
Deep knowledge of the Amazon ecosystem: SEO, listing optimization, FBA logistics, Brand Registry, advertising tools
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field preferred
