Responsibilities
Develop and optimize software using modern tech stacks
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with automation and root cause analysis
Apply human-centered design thinking to ensure user-friendly outcomes
Design scalable, reliable, and efficient systems
Foster collaboration by demonstrating empathy and a passion for engineering excellence
Advocate for consumer-first principles through design thinking and digital innovation
Participate in key planning and development ceremonies (e.g., Discovery & Framings, Iteration Planning)
Analyze and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
Identify creative solutions by leveraging new technologies and consumer trends
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to influence outcomes
Analyze incidents and problems, following protocols to minimize disruptions
Continuously improve processes by identifying and implementing enhancements
Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to meet deadlines
Demonstrate strong active listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Apply customer-centric principles to understand and address customer needs
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or other relevant fields
Current sophomores and juniors with an expected graduation date in 2027 or 2028
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Demonstrates learning agility and a willingness to embrace new challenges
Desire to actively participate in development workshops and virtual programming events
