Responsibilities

Gather, analyze and identify requirements for complex, highly integrated business systems

Complete complex operational system configurations to create standard offering solutions for the business in partnership with system administrators and developers

Research and provide business users guidance on best practices for application use and workflows

Independently execute unit and integration testing; facilitate system testing and user acceptance

Resolve application problems and troubleshoot end user issues

Research, scope and deliver business system reporting based on advanced understanding of capabilities and limitations

Accountable for periodic audits to ensure data consistency and accuracy
