Responsibilities

Report to the Learning Lead and collaborate closely with the Learning Product Team to support project activities
Support requirements gathering and provide solution design advisory (no hands-on configuration or testing)
Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Workday Learning solutions
Advise clients on best practices and strategies for implementing and optimizing Workday Learning Management
Assess client requirements and recommend tailored solutions aligned with business objectives
Provide subject matter expertise throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, design, and deployment phases
Identify and help resolve issues related to Workday Learning Management modules
Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends to ensure best-in-class advisory support
Deliver knowledge transfer and guidance to client teams

Qualification

Workday Learning ManagementAdvisory experienceWorkday HCM understandingWorkday Learning certificationAnalytical abilityCommunication skills

Required

Proven experience with Workday Learning Management in an advisory or consulting capacity
Hands-on experience implementing the Workday Learning Management module in at least two large-scale programs
Strong understanding of Workday HCM and its integration points with Learning Management
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong analytical ability to translate complex business requirements into effective Workday solutions

Preferred

Workday Learning certification preferred/required
