Licensed Integrated BH Program Manager (Hybrid)
AMI Network is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of underserved and marginalized communities. They are seeking a Licensed Integrated Behavioral Health Program Manager to lead a small team of clinicians while providing client-centered therapy and ensuring quality care in an integrated setting.
Responsibilities
Supervise a team of 4–6 staff, including licensed/associate clinicians and a case manager
Provide clinical supervision (individual and group)
Monitor quality of care, documentation standards, and productivity metrics
Collaborate with leadership and participate in audits, reporting, and strategy planning
Help guide integrated program delivery and community engagement efforts
Provide brief, culturally responsive therapy in a primary care setting
Develop and manage treatment plans in coordination with medical and behavioral health staff
Conduct assessments and deliver care coordination as part of an integrated team
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review
Qualification
Required
LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist in California
Minimum 4 years of post-licensure clinical experience in Integrated Behavioral Health, Specialty Mental Health, and/or Brief Therapy Models
One year or more of supervisory and managerial experience
Confident in supervising licensed and unlicensed clinicians
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and documentation skills
