Senior Manager of Content, PR and Social Media
Radius Insights is a global insights and research firm that helps major brands turn human understanding into growth. They are seeking a Senior Manager of Content, PR & Social Media to lead thought leadership, social, and earned media strategy, creating narratives that drive market engagement and support company growth.
Responsibilities
Own the editorial calendar aligned with campaigns, verticals, and industry moments
Develop a mix of thought leadership assets including:
Executive whitepapers and proprietary research reports
Sector insights briefs and trend POVs
Client case studies and “voice of customer” stories tied to growth outcomes
Speaking abstracts and leadership presentations
Ghostwrite and edit long-form content for executives (CEO, CRO, CMO)
Translate data and insights into compelling, human-centered narratives that position Radius as the growth partner of choice
Partner with Sales to develop content enablement toolkits (e.g., client-ready decks, talking points, thought leadership one-pagers)
Develop social content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms
Produce short-form content including carousels, infographics, quote cards, and video snippets
Amplify thought leadership, events, and internal culture
Track engagement and continuously refine content for reach and performance
Build and manage influencer relationships across key market research, marketing, and insights influencers
Execute a PR strategy to drive awareness and credibility through:
Trade media (GreenBook, Research Live, Quirks, ESOMAR, MRWeb)
Marketing/tech media (AdAge, Adweek, Digiday, AdExchanger)
Business press (WSJ, CMO Today, HBR, The Economist, Forbes)
Manage press releases, outreach, bylined articles, and interview prep
Build and execute thought leadership & PR plans for key spokespeople
Coordinate submissions to the Forbes Communications Council and similar platforms
Maintain brand voice, editorial standards, and messaging frameworks
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Support internal storytelling for recruiting, employee engagement, and culture
Qualification
Required
6-8 years in content marketing, communications, social, PR, or journalism
Strong writing and editing skills across formats and tones
Experience with earned media placements and media outreach
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
Familiar with social publishing tools, CMS platforms (Hubspot preferred) and basic marketing workflows
Organized, collaborative, and proactive
Understanding of content performance metrics and optimization
Preferred
Background in insights, consulting, B2B marketing, or agency environments
Familiarity with new cutting edge AI & martech tools
