Sales Account Executive (Staffing Experience A MUST!)
Phaxis is a staffing company with over 20 years of experience in the industry, seeking a Sales Account Executive for their IT vertical. The role involves driving business growth by identifying and securing new client accounts, while building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the technology market.
Responsibilities
Establish new client relationships over the phone, virtually, and in-person
Identify and prospect new clients, managing information and follow-up on a CRM
Consult clients on hiring trends and relevant industry insights
Partner closely with our recruitment consultants to ensure profiles are on par with client needs
Coordinate and manage interview processes through offer negotiation
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2+ years of IT Account Management & Business Development (Staffing Industry Experience A MUST)
Desire and ability to excel in a sales environment
Grit – ability to overcome challenges and learn from experiences
Tenacity – ability to remain persistent and stay highly motivated
Winning Mindset – a track record of success in a competitive environment
Communication Skills – ability to build rapport and translate information
