Significant professional experience with Clojure or other functional programming languages (e.g., Scala, Haskell, Elixir, Common Lisp, Julia)
Proven experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar dynamic languages
Experience building user interfaces with React.js or a comparable front-end stack
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL concepts, including hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to Product Owners and other business stakeholders
